Trésor Diamond 1-Year Limited Warranty

We stand firmly behind the quality of every piece we create. Before your ring is shipped, we check every prong, setting, and stone to ensure it is perfect. To give you total peace of mind, we include a 1 Year Warranty on all our designs. If you find any issue with the way your ring was made within that first year, simply let us know. We will take care of the repair or exchange it for a new one completely free of charge, because your happiness is non-negotiable.


What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing or structural defects

  • Issues related to workmanship present at the time of delivery


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by impact, misuse, or accident

  • Loss of center or accent stones

  • Theft or product loss

  • Any alterations, sizing, or repairs performed by third-party jewelers (outside of Trésor Diamond) such actions may void the warranty

  • Clear photographs of the issue
