Trésor Diamond makes no claim that our moissanite stones are natural diamonds. Our listings and content refer exclusively to lab-grown moissanite unless stated otherwise.

Returns are accepted only if the Tag Lock is intact and the ring is in original condition with all packaging.

Custom orders or previously exchanged items are final sale.

If you received a free gift, it must be returned with the product. Failure to return it may result in deductions from your refund.

WARRANTY

All Trésor rings include a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Each ring is handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipping. Your warranty includes a luxury engraved metal warranty card with your name.

Warranty excludes:

  • Wear and tear from daily use
  • Loss of gemstones
  • Damage from improper care or third-party repairs

We do not cover theft, loss, or repairs done by outside jewelers.
