We want you to fall in love with your ring the moment it arrives. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked.

Returns

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all standard orders.
• Return shipping is free within the U.S.
• Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all original packaging, including the tag lock intact and unbroken.
• If the tag lock has been removed or damaged, the item becomes ineligible for return but may still be eligible for an exchange (see below).
• Once we receive your return, please allow 1–2 business days for inspection, and 7–10 business days for your refund to reflect on your original payment method (credit card timelines may vary; PayPal refunds are typically instant).

Exchanges

We understand that ring sizing can be tricky. That’s why every Trésor package includes a complimentary ring sizer.

• We offer one-time free size exchange on all eligible rings.
• Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Even if your tag lock is removed, you're still eligible for an exchange for the same design in a different size (as long as the piece is unworn and in original condition).
• Customers are responsible for returning the original item before receiving the replacement.

Important Notes

• Items that have already been exchanged cannot be returned or re-exchanged.
• If your purchase included a free gift, it must be returned with your item to receive a full refund. Otherwise, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@tresordiamond.com to request a return or exchange label. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email and detailed instructions on how to prepare and schedule the return shipment.
